Cadinho Beverage Program
At Cadinho, we are as passionate about our coffee as we are about our pastries. For that reason, we tasted dozens of coffees and met with a multitude of roasters before deciding which coffees to carry. We couldn't be happier with our decisions:
Metric En Masse
For espresso, we chose Metric En Masse, a Latin American blend that is the perfect balance of bright and sweet. We love the folks at Metric and the way they support their coffee growers in countries like Honduras is beyond compare.
Big Shoulders Manos de Mujer
For our drip, we use Big Shoulders Manos de Mujer. This Colombian coffee is rich and smooth like no other, and we love supporting this 100% woman run and owned farm co-op that seeks to strengthen the local economy while providing jobs and opportunities to their expanding group of women.
Sputnik
For our cold brew, we are proud to offer a rich and flavorful coffee from our friends and locally-roasted Sputnik in the Gage Park neighborhood.
Not only is the coffee great, but the brothers behind Sputnik are some of the most kind and generous people you'll ever meet.
Magnifico
We also offer stunning pour-over options from the coffee savants at Magnifico in Avondale. Each of their single origin coffee varieties are incredibly unique and memorable.
Teas
We offer the highest quality unsweetened matcha from Rishi Tea and a fantastic chai from Chicago's own Kilogram. We also offer a wide and rotating variety of fresh loose leaf teas from The Coffee & Tea Exchange including green, black, oolong, herbal and other options
